The book,"Gregor the Overlander" is a adventurous, emotional, and a fascinating chronicle/fantasy written by Suzanne Collins. I will give you a review of the story and tell you what I think of the book. So, here it goes ↓
The story starts with one blazing summer morning in New York City. All the kids between age 4 and 14 have gone to summer camp except one. That person was a 11 year old boy who had to take care of his 2 year old little sister Boot's. Boot's was not her real name, her real name was Margaret, she was named after He was the, "Man of the house" after his father who was was a science teacher disappeared. When Gregor and Boot's go to the basement to do laundry, Boot's goes into a grate and Gregor also goes in after her. That's when Gregor's and Boot's adventure start.
The two siblings fall ends after they collapse on the floor in the Underland. From there they are led to a stadium by giant roaches. When they enter, they are accompanied by the queen of the city Regalia which is Luxa and by Vikus who is Luxa's grandfather.
